Have I lost her interest?

Anonymous
I met this girl two months ago, and have been seeing her for the past month. We've had 7 "dates"/hangouts. This whole time I've felt like we have great chemistry and that we have mutual interest. Yesterday was the 7th "date"/hangout and we spent 5 hours together. Longest we've spent together in one day. It was a great time as usual and nothing seemed off the whole time we were together, in fact we kept talking about future plans together and made plans for the week after next. Good eye contact the whole time, telling personal stories, all things that are good.

The first sign something was off though, was that we didn't hug bye at the end of the day. Granted we were in the car, but that hasn't stopped it in the past. She didn't initiate a hug but neither did I, because if she didn't initiate it I didn't want to make her uncomfortable by trying. Then, later we text but she's short in her responses. This is different because even just the day before we were texting a lot, and she even mentioned that she didn't want to sound obsessive but said it felt like she hadn't seen me in forever (it was a little over a week since last time we saw each other). I thought that was a good sign.

For context: I know she's probably busy. Her siblings are home for spring break and she loves to spend time with them (of course). Like I said, it was the longest we've spent together in one day, so it could just be that we just talked a lot in our time together.

I just don't know if I'm overthinking everything or if she suddenly lost interest, just like that. I did just have a loss in the family, so maybe my emotions are on overdrive because of that, but something just feels off. I believe if she had lost interest, she would say something about it and not just leave me hanging. I want to ask her about it, but I don't want to come off as clingy. Does this signify she's no longer interested?
