Guys, If a girl had a perfect personality, and it's exactly what you're looking for, do looks matter?

A perfect personality includes taking care of their body and appearance, so yes looks still matter. Physical attraction will always be a part of the overall attraction. Even if you aren't naturally physically attractive, if you workout and put effort into your appearance you will always be attractive to many people.

Personality does matter more than physical attraction though and if someone has an incredible personality and people get to know them, then their attraction level definitely grows in their eyes.

That’s a good thing but only part of being in a relationship. The truth is not one person is going to go for someone they don’t find attractive. The good thing is that everyone has their own opinion on what they find attractive. You have to attract the guy or the girl in some kind of way first then personality comes into play after. Guys are visual it’s just how we work. It is huge though cause I’ve gone on dates with women that I found very beautiful but a really gross personality and they were out. Looks would still matter, but it's a balancing act. If her personality is a 10 and her looks are a 1 ("she's" a dude), then "she" still wouldn't be for me, regardless. But, if her personality was a 10, and her looks were like a 4 or 5, then I'd be quite happy with that.

Yes. Both matter. If there's no physical attraction (doesn't mean she has to be a "model" or perfect), it doesn't matter how good her personality is. That's when they are "friend zoned" (like with women and guys).

Yes, they do. Looks and personality are both very important. Absence of goodness in either doesn't make it work even though if a girl has one of them in 'perfection'.
