Well I think saying to somebody "you are not a choice for me" is weird in the sense of how you mean it.

It could potentially come across as somewhat desperate.
You may want to be careful to not give away all of your self-worth and power in a relationship, by basically telling your partner that you need them, rather than want them.
Not having options, or any type of standards is never attractive.
