What does it mean when a guy asks if you have a boyfriend two times (some months apart)? May he be interested?

Are you serious? There is only two reasons, first and for most of course he is interested and the second time means that either he doesn't believe you or that he is unsure that you are interested dating him and he wants some positive sign that you are interested.
