I'm not sure.
I usually just get to know women as friends and let them make the first move if they want me. My ex rejects me all the time when she's in a relationship, but once that ends she'll be texting me our old songs and asking how I'm doing again. That's how she operates.
So I guess rejection for me just means "Not now."
