Love advice? Hopeless romantic?

I'm a young adult who likes her manager. Sometimes I think he feels the same way but other times it feels like he's just messing with me. Recently he asked me what type of guys I liked. I told him I didn't really have a type but I did like slightly older and tall guys he proceeded to ask me more questions about the same topic, he even asked if I liked any of our other guy coworkers I told him I didn't and then he ended the convo by asking "so you don't like anyone at ***?" What does that even mean? Was he trying to say something or am I just overthinking this? The other weird thing is that he NEVER named himself. Is their a reason why he did that or am I also overthinking this? One other thing that I want to add is that he usually calls me "slice" I had no idea what that meant so I decided to Google it and it has different meanings however the one that I kept on seeing was that it meant attractive or my personal favorite one "the person you choose to have a relationship with." Any advice?

It’s hard to have a boss worker relationship. Jus saying. No judging…… jus take it slowly and continue to talk but don’t let him refer to u.. r say inappropriate things without a discussion of what is happening.
