Is there even a point to trying to find love?

Finding love sounds so incredibly difficult to me. There needs to be mutual attraction, chemistry, common interests and goals in life... How the hell does someone find a person like this in their life? Literally sounds impossible to me. Is it better to just give up?

Depends how badly you want it. It is very hard to find for most people, always has been, and seems to get even harder. Some people get "lucky", and I believe that's what it is, luck, but most don't. But yeah depends how important it is to you. I've "given up" actively searching for it, but if it happens to come to me, I'm still open to it.

Same, everything has to line up and the odds of finding someone that compatible is low. I haven’t completely given up but I have very little hope and energy to continue on.
