This guy I talked to for about a month and so said i’m the first girl that’s he’s ever been close with and he said if we date he’ll be new with dating stuff so he doesn’t want a relationship right now. and he does have a little stuff to learn like with flirting & stuff but i let him know that’s an odd excuse & he would be a decent boyfriend & that not much would change, we literally would talk & flirt the same , go on dates again and slight things would change like meeting our parents and stuff lol. i feel like there’s another reason lol..

Could be, but you can't rush these things at all. If he's not ready, then he's not ready. It's only been a month, so that's not a lot of time spent together. I can see if it's been 3 months if you're taking your time, bit a month is too soon.

He could have another reason why, but then again why are you in such a hurry? It's up to you to continue to talk to him or not.
