There is no standard time...
When you get comfortable with it then only give it... Or maybe before that you guys can exchange your social media... Talk there... Meet each other sometime... And then share number...
But still it doesn't matter... If guy is really genuine... He will not take advantage of it...

In my experience (of the few I've met online), women give me their numbers almost immediately. Personally I'd rather have a few email exchanges first, and depending how they go, then move to the phone.
