Will a guy really wait 2 years to ask you out at work?

I have asked a question about my coworker on here and many guys said he is nervous and still likes me even after 2 years. Ok so when will he ask me out though?

Almost every guy has problems crossing at least 2 of 4 necessary bridges when dating women.

1. Meeting the women
Like two ships in the night, the two of them will be in the same room or pass right by each other but the guy doesn't start a conversation.
2. Close the deal
A guy has met someone he likes and is flirting up a storm. She is receptive and is giving indications she would say yes if asked. Yet, for some reason, the guy just does not pop the question.
3. First Kiss
Some guys just don't get the clue a girl wants to be kissed.
4. Getting intimate
Some guys are so scared or try to be so "respectful" that they find it hard to make their move.

Your co-worker is obviously stuck on bridge #2. Why not just help the guy along and ask him out. Make it something simple... like getting ice cream. Hopefully, you will not need to help him with bridge #3.

Intetesting bridges but the last one and arguably the 3rd belong AFTER marriage. If he can't do a mans job then he's not a man in my book. I can't respect him.
