Stop waiting and playing games. If you are into him just ask him to get coffee or something. It’s just a simple date.
If he rejects you, which I know is a scary possibility. Just think. You aren’t wasting your time waiting on him and won’t wonder what it could have been.
But if he is interested in you. Interest or crushes can come and go. You don’t know if another girl could ask him out or peak his interest.
I also don’t know your definition of talking. I talk to lots of people about a lot of different things. Some people say talking as in flirting, sexual conversations, and even just chatting about random stuff.
Just ask him out maybe he thinks you are not interested. We don't live in the days anymore where the guy has to ask the girl out. Don't get me wrong I'm a very traditional man but this is one tradition that is no longer needed. If you really want him to make the move wait month MAX then just ask him out yourself he maybe shy or think you are not interested.
If you’ve been talking for a while then in my opinion a date should’ve already happened. As him what his intentions are for talking to you, just to make sure this isn’t a time pass sort of thing.
