It's driving me crazy?

I didn't have any trust issue until I broke up with my ex 3 years ago I find out he been talking on insta mostly to a lot of different girls who he of course told me not to worry about he was screwing them it's been 2 years I've been dating a new guy and I told him that I had some trust issue and explain why and he said that he was going to delete his Instagram during our relationship so I didn't have to worry but he didn't he re-download and disactivate it everytime and I look at his following big mistake cause all those girl were a specific type which is the opposite of myself and everytime I look at a tiktok of a girl in bikini and go to see their insta to see where they bought there outfit cause sometime girls posted guess what he already follow those girls and every damn time there's another excuse he tell me that he bored that's why he reinstall and that he doesn't really have time to unfollow people I don't know am tired of arguing cause of that but I can't help but feel paranoid everytime he go on insta ik he need to have a social life too but
