No, it just means that you are a rational person with fair expectations.

Nobody is worth exposing yourself to the risk of contracting an STD. It also implies that the woman was likely not careful with her sexual partner and does not care about her well being. There are diaphragms and condoms available. Even if her partner refused to wear a condom, she could have worn a vaginal covering. She could have also had AIDS which is incurable as of now.

Do you really want to be with such a reckless person? Props to her for being honest with you. Many people won’t, at the risk of getting embarrassed.

Depends on the STD most can be cured. HPV is a STD that many many women have any don’t effects men almost at all. Furthermore it has vaccines and treatments.
