Why is a young infertile woman hurt if you tell her these comments?

Whether she was born with it or became like that due to an accident, she always reacts with anger or even cries.

Not me but my friend once told an infertile woman in her early 20's this:
''Girl, at least you can have sex all you want to. No more worries about an unwanted pregnancy''.
Needless to say, the girl said called him a jerk and started crying so much.

Similary I once heard someone told another woman that never had periods (born without a uterus) something like this: I wish I was you. You're so lucky to never have cramps.
The woman obviously didn't react well. She told that person to get lost.

Why does an infertile react that way if someone were to remind her how lucky she is that she doesn't have to worry about getting pregnant nor be pressured about a biological clock ticking?
