no, it's more about maturity. I've seen that in reverse up to 15 years.

Might work in your case, challenge being... a 31 yr old's "drive" is high, her clock is ticking, might have kids by then and an X. She's usually looking for stability and a mate. I dated a 28yr old when I was 23 and that seemed like a huge gap in terms of maturity as I was very immature. It was clear what she wanted.

It's a different place in life at that age. There are girls that age whom are inexperienced and further behind, I've seen them, like "missionaries", very religious, those who fell out of dating, matured slower, etc..

Lots of girls get to their 40's without having much to show of dating (inexperience, kids, etc..). So there's lots, but you gotta always keep your eyes open, develop yourself and be ready. It isn't just meeting them but being in a place emotionally to connect with them at that time.

No, and it will seem less so with age. My former co-worker is married to a guy who is probably 15 years or more younger than her.
