It might have to do with your skin color but not have to do with race, if that makes sense.
For another example, if you had green skin, or purple, instead of dark or light, my guess is more people just like the aesthetic of purple skin vs. green skin. I mean, depends on the shade of purple or green, but you get my point. Some people think tan skin is more beautiful than light skin. So it’s possible that your darker skin is skewing the results, or it could be that you’re not as hot as you think you are (no offense meant obviously, since I have no idea what you look like).
If you really care a lot and want to put some effort in, I think you could probably find a filter to change your skin color, resubmit the new pictures, and share your results with us :)
Depends on your facial features, how big your tits are, how big your ass is, etc?
If you look like Rihanna, Brandy, Beyonce, etc.. you're up there in the 8s and 9s (a 10 is a MYTH, they don't exist, I've dated and fuucked hot models but when the makeup comes off...)

Back when I was 18 though I did a little photography experiment.
I did a good model style photoshoot of myself and then a frumpy shitty selfie profile with no photographic composition.
Same clothes and haircut and me in both.
Pro style photoshoot, 8.8/10 crappy selfies, 6.2. I think the lesson is that presentation matters.
Didn't use any Photoshop or filters, just good photography vs bad.
Post more than one pic. Different angles. Different lighting. Different expressions. Then take the average.
Anonymous people are more likely to be an accurate gauge of your attractiveness.
It could be; the lure of the exotic has powerful pull. See if the ratings stay high when the novelty wears off; that'll tell you.

At 30 it might be your face. You can still have an attractive face after 30; but it less common than before 30. At any rate, a picture is necessary for an accurate assessment.
