So yesterday I came home from work to an intervention I have gone from 130 pounds 3 years ago to 225 pounds today. My boyfriend and some of my friends paid to get me a personal trainer and got me on the Arbonne diet and want me to lose weight. Has anyone else experienced anything like this.
