So I met this girl at my job. She’s pretty attractive I’m not gonna lie, and she was hitting on me today. Anyways, I didn’t mentioned I had a girlfriend. And I feel really guilty. Because she was rubbing against me and touching my hand. And she felt really good, so I didn’t tell her to stop and say that I had a girlfriend. But my girlfriend and I love each other. I just can’t believe I did that to her.

Try to imagine your girlfriend there watching. Try to imagine a change in places with you, your girlfriend and another guy. The answer is clear that its could demolish the relationship.
While its not "cheating" it will defiantly lead to it. And undermining trust is a deal breaker for any relationship.
Plus think of this. What if some one took photos and threatened to give them to your girl friend? Would they have you by the Balls? Could they get you with black mail?

How to fix your conscience. Confess.
Example confession.
I did something I am ashamed of today and I need you to punish me for it. Through the experience I realized just how much you mean to me above everything else. While I don't want to hurt you I feel I need to confess this because you deserve it.
A girl at work started to flirt with me and I let it get out of hand before I realized it. I started thinking about you and it made me sick and my conscience won't let me be.
This my friend will wake you up and deepen the trust. AFTER you take your punishment.
