Understand where all abundance originates and how to attract it through generosity. Learn this, save up your money while you live at home and be thankful for being able to do so, but also seed and tith what you can. Read both of the following books and ask God for wisdom, help and answers:

Don't believe for a minute that housing prices will never go down. They will, and when it happens it will be another crash. That will be the time to buy. People who were priced out of the market in 2006 were able to buy twice the house at half the price in 2009.

if you want to live alone then try to a rental in your price range. but if your ok with housemates then look into a home share deal. a tiny home could be an option as well if you don't need much space. but otherwise save your money for now and work on your credit so when you can afford to buy a home. you'll have a better chance of getting something you like within your price range.

It’s pretty bad and I have little hope things are going to improve. Save your money as much as possible. Even renting is basically highway robbery- even if they aren’t purposefully taking advantage of you. If you have friends maybe rent a house outside of town?

You can rent a room from another female.
You can move out with two responsible friends and rent an apartment.
You can buy a small RV and park it somewhere. This is actually what the smart couple are doing nowadays instead of buying a home. You can travel and have a place to live at the same time

Contact someone from high school that you know, ask them if they want a roommate/ if they know anyone who is looking for a roommate.

Save up, apartments are not that inexpensive either. If you have skills then maybe a manager position, most of those are at a reduced rent or free. But it can be a lot of rent.
