1. Me and my parents have tension sometimes because we’re always in each other’s face
2. I can be independent
Cons:
1. I never lived alone since college
2. I would be paying $1700 a month in rent
You've outgrown the nest, man. Time to spread those wings. There's no feeling that can replace being in control of your own life path. It might be costly now, but at the way you're currently going about things, I'm thinking it will be more costly for you in the future if you keep it up.
You're just like me, except that I only live with my mother. Based of what you said I think you should move out. Sure you might be spending more money but at least you'll have some piece of mind. That is priceless.
Besides you won't be able to live with them forever and I'm sure you don't want that.
29 is pretty old to be still living with your parents. I doubt many women find that attractive. You really should try to move out and get your own place if you can. If you can't, then at least get a job make some money and save up and again get an apartment.

Depends on your whole situation. I would and want to myself but I get and got hella sabotaged. I never paid rent though before and have no degree but i have stayed on my own a bit when trucking.
Do what's best for you and don't check others unless it's for healthy motivation cause we all come from different backgrounds and different situations. We are all facing different things etc.
Try getting a roommate to start with to share costs.
And yes it's time to leave the nest.
I'm sure your parents would appreciate it as well.
At 29 it's been long enough.
yes I moved out at 29 and happy for it. If you're not making money then that's a problem in general you can't just be a leech on your parents your entire life.
Move out and stay alone. Visit your parents once in a month or two.
You have a degree so just get a job and move.
Well you have to grow BALLS someday.
Move out and get a cheap apartment.
Do you ever want to get laid?
I'd stay.
Yes.
