1. Me and my parents have tension sometimes because we’re always in each other’s face. So this will help
2. I can be independent
Cons:
1. I never lived alone since college
2. I would be paying $1700 a month in rent
I think it would be good for you to move out. It’ll be another chapter of your life and it’ll be an opportunity to grow and challenge yourself. Money is important, but it shouldn’t be the end-all-be-all factor of decision-making. I’d say, ask yourself what kind of person do you want to become and what lifestyle do you want to achieve? Then, make your decisions accordingly.
Do you know how it sounds to anyone else when someone starts describing you and they say "he's 29 years old and is living with his parents?"
Call yourself an adult? More like a pathetic lowlife parasite.
Do yourself and your parents a huge favour... Grow up, move out and become independent, and give them the freedom and breathing space they so richly deserve.
If you're butting heads, have a stable career and can afford it, I don't see why you shouldn't?

I would, hard to really call yourself an adult if you’re living at home. Been on my own since 18 and never looked back
You call #! a pro? That would be a con for most people.
No, you shouldn't waste money on unnecessary rent, unless your parents are the ones who want you to leave.
Nah stack your bread. Have they asked you to move out.
If you don't have a girlfriend or not getting one shortly I wouldn't waset your waste
