Trying to understand what the healthiest is for me. His gaze has me wanting to be stick skinny and a few shades lighter. Almost all of his exes have been yellow and light I think I may be the only dark one.

I think this is all just your insecurity talking. I understand though, my boyfriend also has a “type” and I’m different from his usual type so I get self conscious bc just like you, I’m the only one that’s different from his exes. Sure your boyfriend might gravitate towards the same type of girls (as seen from his exes) but now he realizes that he has fine tuned his taste and is now dating you 😌

Yes I have told him that It makes me feel a way when he looks at girls although ik its a man's nature but none of those girls look like me. He told me if I wasn't with him he'd look at me but I don't think that's true by any means. He also tries to turn it around and say "what about the guys you look at? " But I rarely ever look at other men. When I told him who he was likely to look at he smiled and laughed like he was surprised I knew

Oh then it might just be his instinct as a guy, he probably forgets about them immediately after. Maybe the next time you go out you can try wearing something that you’re super confident in so that he won’t be able to keep his eyes off of you
