What is up with this guy?

I’ve been talking to this guy I used to date years ago. We recently reconnected, but so far only online. I’ve been trying to get him to call me for weeks and he keeps saying he’ll call me after he gets off work. (I gave him my number but I didn’t have his). So he’s like “I’ll call you after work.” But then crickets.

So finally he tells me he’s going to call me in the morning when he gets off work (he works 3rd shift.) So he calls me at 7:30 am. I had just gotten out of the shower so I asked to call him back and he said sure. But now he’s disappeared. I’m calling, texting… nothing.
