I met this guy at a job (he's 29 I'm 24) I worked previously and I will say he came onto me first; he was hugging me around the waist unprovoked, asked for my number, staring at me, and always trying to talk to me. I won't deny there was some tension and attraction before I even fully realized it. We've been texting for about a month and linked up three times (the last two times were sexual). I wouldn't be as confused if he weren't saying off-putting things about taking trips, saying how beautiful I am, and staring deep into my eyes like he's trying to take my soul, etc. We've both initiated hanging out and we both have came up with excuses. I haven't been super transparent on our dates, but neither has he. Not expecting it to be serious given we had sex so early, however, it's confusing when they continue talking to you or saying super romantic stuff insinuating they want something more. I lowkey think he's a player so I'm playing back, but what is the best thing to do in this scenario?
