No it just means that she´s surrounded by guys that are not ready to date or not interested in dating or they are not capable of dating.
Like many guys actually wait for the right moment and the right time because they think then they will what to say but that moment never comes.
The problem is that many guys in the modern generation (because I´m one of them I continue) we simply don´t know how to ask out or get in contact with a girl/woman we like. Because the truth is about 1/3 of the women I meet daily I consider attractive/beautiful.
And because many guys don´t feel self-confident enough or are bothered with issues of their own, it could happen that you´re not asked out until you´re 30 because many guys are too self-focused on their own issues and hobbies that they don´t want to date yet.

Most answers given here will be politically correct but lets be real here. Where I work about 10 new girls joined. The most attractive one has all of the attention. Even when a guy from another area starts asking me about a girl in my area 9/10 it's the same one. The most unattractive ones have zero attention, zero men asking about them and absolutely zero guys crushing on them. Since men aren't that fussy about what they find attractive, in my opinion the answer to your question is for the most part, yes.

No. Adults don't 'crush' on one another. Crushes are for middle school. If no one is currently interested in a woman, it simply means she hasn't met someone who's into her. It's that simple. Doesn't mean they're a zero, they're just not currently anyones hero.

I don’t believe that can happen unless a girl is choosy on who can get interested/crushing on her. Even the girl who finds herself to be the most unattractive has someone who wants her, but the question is, will she be interested back or wants Tom Cruise?

Not necessarily. Every guy has different views on attractiveness and often times personality can greatly increase attractiveness. How other guys feel about a girl is not important to me and would not change my perceptions.

Not necessarily. She can just seem/be really unavailable. Like everyone expect that she is already in a relationship, or she seems genuine uninterested in such a thing.
