I think that people find me cold and robotic. What can I do?

I used to be like one. Am still but i tried to fake it. Can be mentally exhausting when ur faking ur persona. Being an introvert and robotic sorta person i found it exhausting.

Try to approach people say high hello. Then try seeing some memes to be funny. Try to hear them out ask them what they like then ask questiins related to them. Work on facial expressions . I used to be robotic in terms of facial expressions and introvert in nature i faked my persona to overcome it.
