Should I be upset my boyfriend bany mom wished him a happy father's day?

They have not been together for 2 months now. She is 5 months pregnant with his baby.

The baby is even born yet and she's wishing him a happy fathers day. Was that even necessary for her to do?

Also he took down her photos on social media like Instagram. However, on his work page it still shows a post from months ago of him, her and the child that says family and they are at a special restaurant he took her to.

Did he forget to take it down?

Honestly you need to grow up. That’s the father of her kids and there is zero romance behind wishing him a happy Father’s Day. Tbh I think you’ve set yourself up by even being with a man who’s been separated for 8 weeks from a woman who’s literally pregnant with his kid rn. 9/10 he will go back to her eventually, that’s just how it goes with men who have kids that small or unborn. He can’t stand her but has had sex with her in the past 6 months? She’s dumped him 20 times and HE keeps going back... but he can’t stand her? Girl he’s not being honest or is in denial. Trust me I’m not saying this to provoke, antagonize or make you feel any kind of way. I just think he’s saying what you wanna hear, even if you disagree. Anyway, she’s in his life for 18 years, and they are going to have to maintain some sort of relationship, preferably healthy. You need to come to terms with what you’ve signed up for, and that is a brand new dad. She’s going to need a lot of his support, help and time. If he’s uninvolved on your behalf, that’s a deadbeat dad and why would you want a man who’s like that? You can’t get upset for minor things like her wishing him a happy Father’s Day, bc that’s still her baby dad and she has a right to acknowledge that. Hell she’s going to be calling and texting for a lot more, and he has to be accommodating. If that upset you, then maybe you need a childless man. Or a man who’s kid is older, not still in the womb.

I definitely feel like the ring is concerning, and maybe he isn’t the right man for you. A guy can do a lot of talking and reassuring for you, but at some point you can’t be oblivious and have to look at the bigger picture from the perspective that has your BEST interest at heart. A big red flag is a man who jumps into another relationship immediately after leaving another, because there has been no time to heal and recover from the split. An even bigger red flag is a man who leaves a woman pregnant and immediately starts a new relationship, and this should be concerning for you. You’ve been together less than 6 months (unless he cheated), which means he dove into this situation with you and has had zero time for him to recover. Like how can he really get over her if he still has to interact and deal with her in the foreseeable future? If he doesn’t want to be with her right now that’s fine, but he should be single, because anything else just gives rebound energy. You’re going through a lot of emotions right now, and I’m sure you wanna stick beside him but living with all of these doubts, questions, insecurities and concerns is just so unhealthy for you. I know you want to feel assured that he’s over her, but I can say for fact that he’s can't genuinely be because there’s been no time to heal. Leaving him isn’t about win or lose, it’s about doing what’s best for you and having a higher love for yourself. You deserve more than this.
