Why can't I find a sincere and honest woman?

I think honestly first of all that age doesn’t help. You’re 51 and men at your age are expected to be married and have children. It’s not an accuse or a criticism against you, unfortunately it’s what the social standards of our society imposes.
Without knowing your story and your living context, I can only suggest you to not desperate and to persevere in your research, maybe you can join clubs doing activities you’re interested in (church clubs, social clubs, sport clubs…) so you can meet new people that share an interest with you.

In what social situations are you putting yourself into to meet women? That's the first thing you need to consider. Followed by a numerous of others factors such as your approach, how you conduct yourself and what your mindset is.
If you feel deflated and unsuccessful, you'll keep blocking yourself from successful interactions. This can be on a sub-conscious level too, and you may not even realise it
