Leftist? Lol. I don’t no any man, right or left, except 2 (who are or have both dated significantly younger girls) who thinks this is acceptable or desirable. I’ve heard guys make fun of men who do this, I’ve heard guys talk shit about their friend because he’s in their mind dating ”a child” and how he’s almost like a paedophile, I’ve heard men express disgust with men who date younger, I have a cousin who was so ashamed about his brother dating a much younger girl that he lied about his brothers girlfriends age even to us family members. And I can tell you that all of these guys could date younger if they wanted to so no, it’s not anout jealousy. I also know for a fact they have rejected girls who were ”too young” for them in their opinion, and we’re only talking about 2-3 years younger even. Most of the men I know are definitely no leftists either… The opposite.

And I know you know that the options aren’t either date teenagers or date 36-year old single moms (but I can tell you most guys I know would definitely pick the later if they had to pick…), there are women your own age too, which is what most men aim for and also who most end up marrying - the average age difference among couples is only 2 years. Research also show that the couples who are closer in age report greater satisfaction/happness in their marriage and that the relationship of those with a bigger age difference deteriorate faster.

I don't get along with women my age. They always have a nasty attitude and expect me to be a miracle worker. None of them wanted to date me until i got a professional career. When i was 25 i was dating a 20 year old and we had good chemistry. Girls my age are a nightmare for me to date. I find the youngers aren't products of the old generation of "man up" culture. I know a lot of men my age that suffer from alexitimia because of women my age expecting a man to give them the whole world to them from women my age. I find younger women to be more understanding and kinder. The women my constantly told me man up and I am not doing good enough and being pushy.

I found myself single in my thirties, and I dated women much younger for the last decade. My current woman is 30, and she Is perfect. The previous was 21, but she really was too young.
