Do you find native born Latina women different than Westernized Latina women?

Latina women are my favorite ones but I've noticed these difference between those two:
I've spoken with both of them and they weren't the same. The native born Latinas (born and raised in their countries) were more traditional, not entitled and place more value on family over wasting a decade or more on growing a business. Overally they seem to act more feminine and nicer.

However, the Westernized Latina girls (born elsewhere but raised since early childhood or as a baby in the US) were less traditional, sometimes outspoken, delaying motherhood until their late 20's or early 30's and overall sometimes it felt like talking to another western US woman. Some maintained their roots but not totally; they still had some westernized traits in them.

Do you find them different? Or the same?

the ones born in the US but with Latino parents... they seem more Westernized and again, it felt like talking to a white woman. Not sure if it's just me or does anyone else sees those differences too.

You say westernized like south America isn't in the western most part of the world.
Also sounth America is pretty dang western actually they have very European traditions and beliefs just with a little flair to it.

Brazil is a excellent example. Brazil actually takes a lot of inspiration from Spain. Carnival at first glance may look like it came from some fantasy land but all they did was take the basic traditions you may find in any big Spanish parade and threw in a little touch of Brazil and made something that seems so new and lively.

Mexico is basically California Texas if everyone was Hispanic and the government had a seizure.

Cuba is a little more interesting because it has both a Spanish and Slavic touch to it which is rather interesting.


I'm no master of knowledge when it comes to these countries and could have a few misconceptions but please don't bite my head off

With all immigrant children they become westernized. By the 3rd generation they they are essentially westernized.

Some 2nd gen might be half and half.

It's like a reverse Midas effect where everything it touches turns into dust and rubbles. It changes what was suppose to be a beautiful, unique culture into mediocrity, 2nd graded class.

I believe there was a poster about a Mexican-American (2nd generation) that wanted to try casual sex for the first time as if it was some accomplishment or something just because her female friends from parties did it. So she copied that behavior and regreted it. That right there is an example of a reverse Midas effect.

Yeah same with Asians you can tell what generation they from by looking at them and how they act.

It's sad. I hope other countries don't ever get westernized influences. That would make more women undatable by then.

It's weird because they feel like if they keep their culture Americans don't like them. And if they act American their culture doesn't like you.
