Has anyone else noticed these diffrences between Latina women and white American women?

A few things I learned from dating Latina woman.

Motherhood first is the Latina mantra.
3. They have a healthy “daddy complex”

Latinas tend to have strong, alpha, masculine fathers — which informs their expectations of men.
5. They take great pleasure in cooking for their men.

Latina women take pride in their ability to cook. No tv dinners here.
6. They keep themselves in shape for their men.

They like to stay look theif best at all times too.

This is coming from a Latina myself:

I find it that it's ok to treat people the way they deserve it. If they treat you great, do the same. If they give you crap, give them double crap.

2. They reject feminism, value motherhood
I don't care about feminism (indifference is a better word) no way or the other. I just care about living my life and making the best out of myself.
As for valuing motherhood, from ages 13-28 I had 0% desires towards kids. It was only in my late 20's, that I started experiencing that type of motherhood feeling. I'm still childless but yes eventually do want to form a family. Hopefully I can make it on time.

3. They have a healthy “daddy complex”
No, I don't want to get married to the replica of my father. There are several flaws in my father, I wouldn't tolerate. They are bad enough for me to break up.

4. They take great pleasure in cooking for their men.
As for cooking, yes I'm appreciating it but it wasn't till Oct 2016 that I started seriously cooking. Before that, I was only doing basic things, nothing in comparing to now. My mother never really taught me anything beyond frying things and doing easy things anyone can do. I got better through youtube and my boyfriend teaching me some (I'm better now but I still can't beat him at it... lol). I'm cooking for myself too. I like eating different things.

6. They keep themselves in shape for their men.
I'm starting to exercise but this is mainly for myself. Doing it for someone else shouldn't be the real reason.

7. They are extremely passionate

"For their men"... what the hell boy you got it all wrong. If anything latinas know how to cook because their parents forced them to be in the kitchen and learn. Latinas keep a good figure because appearance is a really big deal in latin culture. If I get a little fat, I'm not gonna try to lose weight for my boyfriend. No I'm gonna try to lose weight so my whole family (aunts uncles cousins etc) doesn't start roasting me at the family bbq. And might I add that my father is the one who cooks while my mother is the shot caller.

Feminism doesn't mean what it used to. Most women now reject feminism in favour of egalitarianism.

Feminism-The advocacy of women's rights on the basis of the equality of sexes. Egalitarianism-the doctrine that all people are equal and deserve equal rights and opportunities. It seems feminism would be considered a subcategory of egalitarianism. Strange how you believe that a person can reject feminism while still being an egalitarian. The term feminism rose in popularity because women were the ones suffering from inequality far more than men. Women felt the need to stress that. I might guess people simply liked the word "feminism" over "egalitarianism" because honestly it's a much more simple word gramatically. The typical person won't know the meaning of egalitarianism while at least there's key grammar in feminism that can cue us into the basis of the meaning. I'm not saying we shouldn't be using egalitarianism. We should. I'm just saying that feminism plays a major role in its meaning and to reject feminism in favor of egalitarianism would be contradictory.

2 and 6 are false. 6 specifically has a joke that latinas gain weight the minute they get married, and 43% of latinas are overweight. Most of my latina half sister's family members all from Chile are overweight (which is not surprising considering that 63% of their population has an unhealthy weight).

As for 2, feminism has been growing a lot South America at the moment, in some places for a very good reason. Just because one values motherhood doesn't mean they have to reject feminism.

Yeah, different cultures install morals and values into their daughters. That's something I noticed about Latin, Mexican, Hispanic culture. Their females are taken care of. The males know how to respect women and take care of them.
