This guy on social media I’ve never met keeps messaging me and asking to meet up but I feel uncomfortable. What should I do?

We’ve never met in person. Just met on a dating app when I was on one like a few months ago. I don't know how he found me.
If I block him will he get aggressive? I just respond to him but never reach out or anything. He’s asked me out multiple times and I never responded to those advances so he won’t give up.

Also he’s weird and keeps saying things in German to me. He said he is from Germany but he’s obviously not. For reference I’m very German so I don't know if it’s because of that.

I tend to get that sort of shit sometimes as well. Random people will contact me on LinkedIn and email pretending to be people I know.
