How do you keep a girls attention quickly?

The catch 22 is that I need to transition them off the app and before they lose interest, but need to get them interested enough to want meet up.

So far, I get very few matches, and when I do, they only respond once in a 24 hour period, and quickly ghost me.

How are you quickly gaining and keeping their attention so you can peak their interest enough for them to want to know more about you, and ultimately meet up.
