I met this guy on June 10th via hinge, for context; we chatted for about 8 days, and on June 18th, he suggested we meet and have dinner, so we did that and also had drinks at a lounge; he then suggested the following; so I'm unsure if this in technical terms asking me out? or a hangout?
He is black and I'm blue.
I'm 25; he is 26

That seems like a date to me. Sat night prime time slot generally says it all. Provided you know he's straight and single, it seems safe to assume so. Does it matter at this point if you know? I think if you go you will know. He'll either turn romantic or there will be other people with him or it'll just feel like there is no spark. You've got nothing to lose. I like that he has good grammar!
