How do I ask my friend/crush out?

I really like this guy and we haven't seen each other since school ended for the summer. I really miss him and I want to ask him if he wanted to go do something together but I am really nervous. Can you help give any advice?

Practice, alone, asking him out in front of a mirror. Once you're happy with how you do that, go ahead and just ask him. The worst that can happen is that he might say No, in which case you can go ask another guy out.

just call him to talk, think of a few things to say beforehand. and the conversation will naturally steer towards things to do together because it always does
