we've been talking for somedays and then he asked me out at 8pm saying let's meet tonight for 30mins im around your area. I actually felt offended Not only its the first time we meet, he calls last minute and wants me to come running to him and not doesn't even think im worth more than 30 mins of his time. But then i thought maybe its just out of spontaneity, idkkk tbh

tell him if you are going to meet him he should take you on a proper date, with set time and place resonably in advance
