How to get a boyfriend or make guy friends as a introvert?

I used to have a ton of friends but they were incredibly mean to me for years until I realized they weren’t good friends so now I can’t even ask anyone to introduce me to people. It doesn’t help I can be pretty aggressively defensive around guys. Not to mention I never seem to see guys my age when I go out. What can I do?

Well, honestly your job/uni isn't the worst when it comes to meeting people, but romantic relationships can be tough.

I feel like if you're an introvert telling you to have the initiative wouldn't really work and that's ok! Listen dating apps get a bad rep but they're not that bad. If you make it super clear you aren't looking for a hookup, you'll filter through most of the bs and with good taste you filter through the rest
