How soon can I let him out of the dog house?

I met a guy at work and we instantly hit it off. Not even like the other guys I talk to, he was so forward with silly nicknames & flirting so I was bold and I asked him out.

We went in a couple dates, he spent a few nights, and is now spending more nights lol so I asked if he wanted to be official and he said yes.

I found out about two days ago he has been giving other women at our hospital silly nicknames to. I told him I wasn't okay with that, while I know you WERE single it's not okay anymore.

I have been really upset with this because I felt like it was special for us but he kept doing it with other women after we started dating. He tired to get me to shrug it off but then I asked how he would feel if I flirted with my co workers all day. Well. He said not good.

Now he keeps asking me if I'm going to forgive him and tbh I don't know the answer to that. I want to, but I need to know that I am special to him. Anyway, when I a safe amount of time to let him out of the dog house?

if it's to soon he won't have any real consequences, of its too late he might dumb me.

Any thought, advice, and what someone else did in this situation?

I'm not talking about toying with him, I'm talking about giving this a REAL shot. but like, he can't keep flirting with other girl like that. I made myself pretty clear and he responded well but like damn. really asking if I want to toy like that, u play games
