Is he ghosting me?

The guy I like but not in a relationship yet hasn’t contacted me in about 10 days. Is this a sign of ghosting… last time this happened but his close family member passed away. This time I messaged him he read the messages 10 days ago but didn’t reply back.

Even if he contacts me back then I think it’s safe to say he doesn’t want any relationship with me..

Due to our MS programs we are in different states but met before. It’s been about 2 years we know each other. I told him few months ago I like him he said he also likes me too but we have to finish what we have started our MS. Then see how things go if I live with him or he moves with me. Since then we just kept talking and talking. But now he stays off for about 10 days as if it’s nothing bad. It makes me feel very bad.

Probably but he isn’t even contacting me anymore it’s been 11 days now. I know he has a big exam to take at the end of this month but still.. I messaged him 11 days ago 2x and he re it but no reply. So it’s safe to say I’m getting ghosted and that even if he replies me I can’t take this serious anymore. It’s like a joke..

Well, I am sorry that this is not working out as hoped. You NEVER know though. Maybe, Studies are priority but he's not done with you. If so, then there's a Family-Standup guy... We will see !!
