I hate my family?

My family ruined me growing up, they critized me , laughed at me i left at 24 but with a lot of pain, i ended up bringing the wrong people in my life, i ruined ny chances and ended up at a therapost shich also kind of ruined my career... i let them back into my life at 27 and i regretted it, theyhave such nasty characters, they blamed everything on me and i hate them

They are extremely emotionally unstable, they get jealous and want attention from otherim the opposite

I think honestly sometimes the beloved ones are the worst.. because they exploit the sentimental power to attack and take advantage of others. I don’t talk with experience since I’m lucky, I have good relatives, but I’ve seen parents taking advantage of sons and bullying them…
I think honestly the best therapy you can take is to detach completely yourself from them. If you set your heart independent from them, they’ll have no way to harm you and ruin your life. Don’t let them drag you to their pit.
