Is it a good or bad move to ask your gym crush to spot you? How can things be progressed after that?

Not a bad move at all. It will give you the opportunity to gauge if there's chemistry, flowing chat etc and will open up the ability to speak to her more and more so ultimately you may get the chance to ask her out. Asking her to spot you is also more gym etiquette and less creepy vibes so all good!

Nope, I've done it before and it's a pretty laid back, easy way to start to get to know someone (I think at least) and because you both enjoy the gym and training you have that to initially connect over :)

A few months ago I saw her in the gym occssionally, so one day I asked where she got her cool hoodie. No more contact until she started working in the same department as me a few weeks ago. She actually did her training right by me during my shift. Didn't talk much at work, but I learned she was Polish and said hi a few times.

Definitely talk more at the gym. It feels unprofessional to leave my desk and go to the room where she works just to talk lol But maybe it's not a terrible thing either?

Only one crush lol This question is actually about the same golfer girl haha I see her around a lot. I don't even like the girl who drunk texted me, which is why it seemed weird to me. Kinda like other girls who try to booty call me
