Is my gym crush interested or just being friendly?

There’s this guy at the gym that I used to talk to all the time. He would always go out of his way to start conversation and he would remember little things I would say. I hurt my arm a few months back he said I don’t want to look all cute on the beach wearing a brace and he would always comment how tiny I am. I have noticed recently we don’t talk much at all. We will say but that’s about it I’m not sure what happened. I know he is going through a divorce and has other things going on I just thought he was interested. I know with a divorce it complicates things but I thought he was showing interest now I dont know what to think.
