Is my my gym crush interested in me?

I have been going to the same gym for a few years now and I’m pretty friendly with a lot of the regulars so I do my fair share of avoiding working out. There is this guy I see almost everyday that I’m there and he always looks at me but never smiles or starts a conversation. I never see him talking to anyone else but I do find him very frequently looking over or working out near me. I have smiled at him but nothing in return. I guess I’m unsure if there is some possibility of him being interested or if I should leave it alone.

lol I thought you were a teeny bopper. A crush? Well first of all doesn’t seem like he’s interested if he’s not smiling at all when you smile at him. Hell I smile back at all the women who smile at me to be nice. Maybe he’s really there just to workout. He might sense that you like him which could be creeping him out that’s why he always looks at you to se where you’re at to not be near you. You say he works out near you, but is that because you go near him or chances are whatever equipment he needs is near you. Maybe it’s a small gym. I don’t know. But doesn’t really sound like he’s interested in you. Plus physically speaking, maybe you don’t look that good so he’s not physically attracted to you.

Break the ice. Say hi to him. He might be equally interested in you but does want to try his luck in a gym environment is all. I have a friend who sees this woman at the gym who seems to follow him around working out in the same sections. He won’t talk to her because he doesn’t want to come off as a gym creep or whatever. Not even to say hi. Anyway, in the gym, you might have to do the approaching because men there anymore rather keep their head down and just work out and not cause any incidents or whatever. Maybe ask him to spot you and strike up a conversation or something. Else, several months will go by and like me, I will still be hearing about this same woman at his gym that keeps sharing glances with him and following him around but he does not break the ice with…
