Do all conservative dads wear a MAGA hat at the dinner table or what? I’m Mexican dating a white girl and today at the dinner table, my girlfriends father was wearing a MAGA hat on. Was he trying to disrespect me? It felt off to wear that at the dinner table? Am I tripping or was he trying to send a message to me? I also saw an old “build the wall” sign in the living room as it was being displayed. 🧐 wtf? Or am I overthinking this? The sign wasn’t displayed but it was on the floor where it could be read and seen. 🧐 nobody even asked about the cap and he was talking to me normally

I am a white supporter of not Trump BUT some of his ideas. I believe that the wall should be built. BUT I believe that Mexicans are being very unfairly treated in obtaining work visas and or citizenship. Its a very broken system that should be able to be done in minutes not year! And work visas and transportation should be provided much more easily! Why am I explaining my opinion when you simply asked about a hat? I hope it shows to you that not all Trump/Republicans are the same! The Democratic party certainly want you to think we are all white extreme racist and that's simply not true! We are mostly very proud and very patriotic. His wearing this hat could be anything but why I think he's not trying to tell you something is that if he did not like you, you would know and probably not have been there at all! I live in San Deigo a very influenced and heavily populated town next to Mexico. While I feel we need a tighter boarder I am very aware of our past of stealing this land from both the Mexicans and Indians. To make our boarder a community along the San Deigo boarder was literally cut in half and separated. To this day America refuses to let some of those people visit with their other relatives' homes. I am embarrassed to say I am American knowing how we are not correcting this issue! And watching hundreds of Ukrainians walk off a plane and walk right into America and be given housing and full financial support by sunset while most Mexicans that have been waiting years and years in disbelief and shock! Its simply fucked up!

So, they’re enabling the worst part of America perpetuating the stereotype that American women are whores, they use the phrase “White”women” often to a demeaning extent, and they cheat on their wives, all while sending money back home to their wives to stimulate their economy over there. They have no idea what their husbands are doing. It’s such a fucked up situation and that’s why I laugh at the idiots who think Hispanics are all hard working, polite people. I’d be hardworking too if I could buy a fucking Ferrari doing landscaping when my exchange rate goes much farther. They’ve also done studies on the well being of immigrant families left back home. While they’re happy with the money they get, they’re more unhappy their spouses are gone.

The president of Mexico didn’t want to fund any upgrades because they can’t afford it. They, like other over populated countries, are trying to catch up to the US level of intelligence by fucking like jack rabbits. They’re ailing from an under developed economy. A big reason why drugs and poverty are bad in Mexico is the flood of cheap high quality crops from the Green Revolution, pushed by multiple nations across the globe. Everyone was trying to feed the world, and in doing so, they created hunger. Because Mexican citizens decided to buy from the world market instead of from their own inside their borders.

They’ve been border hopping more and more as the US acquires more and more wealth. So this crap about visas being unfair is stupid. They’ll stop hopping when their standard of living catches up to ours. In the meantime, screw that guilt riddled mentality. You’re trying to illegitimate everyone’s property rights. Mexicans arguably stole land from Aztecs and Incans. They stole from each other. Was any of it justified? They all had their reasons. But giving up land acquired across generations makes no sense either. That means we’re all still at war with each other and we’re all born soldiers. Which I don’t want to see happen.
