Do girls like chubby guys are skinny guys?

For me the question is not about height above ground, size, hair color or any physical appearance.

My priority, if I was interested in dating, would be about compatibility. I would have to ask myself following questions:

- Is the character of that person appealing?

- Does he have a nice personality?

- Does he have a intellectual compatibility with me?

Those are my 3 top priorities. All other aspects of a person are secondary. I would much rather be with a person that is overweight but that is overall nice than with a bodybuilder that has a 6 pack and is 6ft3 but is a lousy person to be with.

I do not prioritize the looks at all but rather the more important features of a person. Looks fade with time while the character and personality remain a lifelong.

That will come down to personal preference. For me, I like a guy that is fit. I take care of my body, exercise and eat healthy. I want a partner that values health like I do. I would find anything else, incompatible in the long run since if the relationship progressed to the point we were serious and living together, it would be difficult considering I like eating healthy and he might not.

All that said, he doesn't have to be perfect. I don't need someone that spends half a day at the gym and obsessed with being perfectly fit. I also don't need someone with muscles bulging from every inch of their body.

I just prefer someone who has a healthy lifestyle. Ideally, we would like doing the same fitness related activities so we can workout together. Always easier to get motivated when you have a workout buddy.
