Why do many women claim that they don't care about looks but reality proves otherwise?

So I set up a Tinder account with no bio or nothing interesting just my pics, I usually get around 20 likes a day with a few matches. Then I decided to create another one with no pics, and instead I wrote a very detailed and interesting bio about myself, tried to come across as genuine, caring, gentleman, and whatever the ladies claim they love about men. Also talked about my hobbies and that I'm a healthy person and take good care of myself. Lo and behold, I didn't get a single like in over a week! So if most women only cared about personality, I would at least get one like a day?

Tinder funnels everything that can be interesting in a partner down to photos, so looks, possessions and anything that suggest social life-level of lifestyle are the things that actually matter. Bios don't change people's minds about what the photos already suggested. It's so blatant I don't even think it's fair to be used as a parameter.

Now if you're shocked about their interest in looks over everything, you're just late to the party. They do it as just as men do, and the same applies to several other behaviors.

I'm not shocked, they're just annoying the crap out of me with their hypocrisy. Everytime I ask a question about looks, they tell me that looks don't matter and only personality does and that I shouldn't ask such questions. I've been aware of such things for years.

Most women don't know what they want. So never go by what a woman says she wants because it will only confuse you. A woman's actions will always tell you more about her than what she says, and often times she won't even realize it. So once you figure out a woman based on her actions, just use that information to determine what kind of woman she is. Keep in mind that women don't think the same way we do as men. They see the world through emotions first, and then rationalize their emotions with logic. This is the reason a lot of what they say contradicts so much of what they do in our eyes, because we're trying to rationalize it with the wrong lense. Whenever a woman does something, think what emotion is she trying to get out of me. This is the basis of shit tests. With a shit test, a woman will do something or say something to get a reaction out of you, and based on your reaction, she will deduce if you are insecure, or confident for example. Hope that helps. I'm just sharing my opinion here that's based on my personal experience with women as well as some data gathered from studies... the thing you fail to realize, is that I'm not saying women don't care about personality, my point is that they do and they also care about looks... It’s not that looks don’t matter, they certainly do, but looks are just part of what they want. Women have always been naturally more selective because they inherently are take on more risk. Looks are also important because it will determine the genetics of your offspring. They want someone with a high level of emotional intelligence in addition to some level of physical attractiveness.
