Why do people keep their options open?

Typically if they're into someone, they respond pretty quick. They want to spend time with them, they want to talk to them they want to see them and he's not doing that so I would keep your options open as well

There's NOTHING there. He can't be into you if you've never met in person.
This shouldn't be difficult to figure out.
