I would date a guy my height but I wouldn't date a guy I have to look down at to kiss. I'd prefer someone whose a few inches taller than me.
Honestly to me height doesn't matter o don't see how it should factor in. If you like how they look and there personality then why not see if there is something there.
I prefer taller women but they don’t like me because I’m shorter which is crazy because tall guys still like short girls dudes don’t like tall girls and think I’m weird for being more attracted to taller women
I prefer dating taller men. It’s more masculine. Personal preference, though. Not saying that I would completely rule out someone that is the same height or shorter than me.

For the most part height does not play a role in my dating decisions. However, I usually do not date anyone below 5 feet tall. There is a practical reason for this. I have a bad back and even simple things like bending down for a kiss hurts.
