Does height matters?

Im Asian but even so im barely 5'3ft , im thinking of actually going to a relationship , at least I'll try to do so , never had one , so i wonder will my height be a big hindrance. My girl-friends always sees me as a cute pet than of a Dude of the opposite sex since they're really nonchalant or rather too comfortable around me , which also worries me , so if they see me like some portable , pettable creature then im actually worried if my height would make it difficult for me to find a relationship.

Sadly, yes, it does. Some people will try to lie to you and tell you it doesn't. But as a short guy myself, I can confirm, it is the MOT IMPORTANT physical trait women look for in guys. It's messed up, but true. And I'm on the "losing team" with you, and the majority of men under six feet.

Statistically, 96% of straight women want a tall man. 19 out of 20 women! So all you can realistically do is maximize your other skills for the 4% of girls who want a "short king" and hope that height is literally your ONLY negative/flaw within you. That is all you can do. If you’re like many Asians, you probably don’t show your age like others. If that’s the case, you’ll have to find ways to express and display your actual age and maturity, lest you get confused for a high skooler.

Im actually a guy and im 23 , I've never had any relationship on the past since I've been preoccupied with uhm *cough* anime and games , its only just recent that i feel like i need to do dating then at the same time suddenly i feel really cautious about my physical shortcomings

My bad. In that case, you will likely have a harder time finding a woman. Most women prefer men who are taller than them. If you meet one not so hung up on that, are you comfortable dating a taller woman? If so, then you improve your chances. Even more so if you’re comfortable dating 5’10” and taller. Tall women have a similar problem to short men. I stand by my statement about your age and more importantly your apparent age. Women also tend to prefer men older than themselves. I don’t think it’s based on looks, but accomplishments and general maturity. But someone would have to get past a young appearance to learn about the rest.

Yeah , i lost the genetic lottery and i inherited almost everything from my mother unfortunately even height , i just realized how tall a 5'10 is and im like her what , chest height? lmao , it'll be hilarious until i realize thats a reality for me but i can't be picky since yes , imagine a girl dating someone shorter than them , honestly i had fun with everyone laughing when someone mistook me for girl like "you got bamboozled" and girls are comfortable around me i can se my dude friends' envy , but after the all the laughs , im a short dude with his mother's face

The most important thing is to not allow your height be the most remarkable thing about you. When people walk away they’re thinking about how interesting, smart, funny, clever, talented, charismatic or whatever. Men and women alike. If you’re willing to put in the effort, you will be okay. It isn't your height that is the problem. Asian women are known to be nasty women. A lot of smart men will steer clear of Asian women. Also, 70% of Asian women (born in Asia) have hepatitis B

Depends for what. To become a basketball player you need to be a certain height. As for dating, it matters but not to everyone.
