Put a lot of effort into both, be yourself as far as your personality. Take care of your body, treat it well with healthy foods and get exercise. Rate your body and personality {honestly, no extra or demeaning points} and then look for girls whose bodies and personalities fit similar\same rating as yours.

I'll give you the basic nonsexual joke. I have 3 guaranteed for her to get to "Ahhh, he makes me laugh" Zone. When I tell this one, I use my pet experience as ad-lib. The crux of the joke is "what did the caged bird say to the cat?" "Pardon me if I litter". You have to fill in the story as I am not giving you mine.
Memorize 3-5 of non-sexual jokes... corny is better than sexual !!!, Record yourself speaking so that your own voice will not shock you. Do it in front of large mirror and watch your gestures... Once you are good with Sound, Look, and Content then Go For It. Women like to laugh in an organized and announced time... you do see all those ugly comedians-movie stars around you, right?
